Ergonomically designed to reduce operator fatigue and engineered for continuous operation, the MBX CannBucker can strip 150 lbs of flower per hour. User-controllable speed accommodates both wet and dry bucking with the same machine. The unit is also the only commercial-scale bucker to offer integrated stem chipping. This greatly reduces waste volume, frequency of waste disposal, and ensures Health Canada compliance for disposal with no further processing.

Mobius CannBucker MBX: Gentle on Flower, Tough on Stems.

The Mobius CannBucker MBX has dieplates ranging from 4 to 7 feedholes to accommodate stem sizes up to 1/2” diameter. Hole options include round and star-shaped configuration. The 1/2 HP variable speed motor is gentle on flower but offers uncompromising pulling power on stems. Bucked flower is funneled by a stainless-steel chute to an accessible catch tote or an optional conveyor for fully automated workflows.

Integrated Stem Chipper for Convenient Waste Management.

The Mobius CannBucker MBX is the only commercially available hemp and hemp bucker to include an integrated stem chipper. After the stem is pulled through the feedhole dieplate to remove the flower and leaves, it passes through 2 precision engineered stainless steel cutting blades powered by a 3/4 HP motor. Waste stems are consistently diced to a manageable size to more efficiently fill the catch tote, reduce how often the machine is emptied, and eliminate the need for further processing prior to disposal. For comparison, one bag of chipped stems is roughly equivalent to 20-25 bags of unchipped stems.
